About Burntcoat. Home of the world’s highest tides, stunning shoreline vistas, and secrets of the ocean floor, Burntcoat Head Park is located in the province of Nova Scotia, Canada. Twice a day 160 billion tonnes of water flows in and out of the Bay of Fundy making the ocean floor accessible for visitors. Every year, more than one million tourist visit the area, making it one of North America’s top-10 nature tourism destinations.
About the Project. To further support the touristic development of the area, we will build a pit stop for tourist where they can charge their electric vehicles, stretch their legs, and even find some entertainment.
Project Timeline. Stage 1, 2022: Land preparation and setting of Electric charging station. Stage 2, 2023: Summer drive in cinema, vending machines, porta potty. Stage 3, 2024: Permanent ocean memorial, glamping site, and charging station. Tourist destination.

Thread Token holders (Tokenholders) own voting rights in the Thread, that may directly affect the Property. Tokenholders also have an automatic claim on any funds raised on the sale of said property during a Dissolution.
As this Thread has a Governor/Operator Tenant I’m pleased to announce that this Thread uses a token burning revenue distribution system, this is a non-profit system which provides the most flexibility to you, the investor.
If expenses are deducted from the Expense Budget (defined as 15% of the total value of the initial funding target), that Expense Budget will be refilled by any revenue generated.
If the Expense Budget Account is full (currently worth 15% of the initial funding target), all remaining revenue will be used to buy Thread Tokens from the Limit Order Decentralized Exchange (ILO DEX) (or create a buy order at the last sold price).
That means that, if there’s $1000 USDC worth of revenue, the Governor/Operator will acquire $1000 USDC worth of THR00001 tokens either at market, or if no sell orders exist; creating a buy order at the last lowest THR00001 token price.
100% of the acquired tokens would be burned (removed from circulation), reducing overall supply of THR00001.
