Objectives

• Create the FrabricDAO contract with the required functionality, utilizing the below design as a starting point

  frabric-protocol/Dao.sol at main · fractional-finance/frabric-protocol

• Determine what secondary contracts must exist in order to support the required functionality

• Implement any secondary contracts as required

• Deploy all contracts for validation and verification testing

• All required contracts and functions have integration tests to support required functionality

Acceptance Criteria

• If the contract additions have been bundled into a PR (including tests and instructions on how to test) on the https://github.com/fractional-finance/frabric-protocol GitHub repository; and have been approved by @vecDequer and @zeryx, this Project is considered complete.

Required Contract Functionality

• Must emit a signal if any event in the following occurs; Frabric Threads, Custodians, and Governors. As well; the accompanying information
  • This can be replaced as events that create a ledger by js
• Must implement an ERC20 token that can be traded and used for governance
• Must be able to receive ERC20 tokens from other Contracts
• Implements the frabric-protocol/Dao.sol interface
