One of our priorities is to properly reward people who embrace The Frabric culture and that comes to build, we have created a structure that defines the way every member of the community can be rewarded.
All Coordinape Round sizes, distribution mechanisms, etc., are subject to change.
Our current contribution mechanism consists of the following components:
Monthly Compensation - General
During the Seasonal Reform period a predetermined $ amount will be assigned to the fund, and distributed monthly.
Anyone may sign up for the General Coordinape; but all participants are reminded to only reward those who have made some kind of contribution in the previous month.
Monthly Compensation - Workbubble specific
During the Seasonal Reform period a predetermined $ amount will be assigned to the fund, and distributed monthly.
Any members of a Workbubble can and should sign up for their Workbubble coordinape; with a reminder to focus rewarding individuals who have made active contributions in the previous month.
Project Completion - Workbubble specific
In some cases, for certain Workbubbles it may be determined that an extra effort to make sure a particular project is successful, and additional targeted compensation is required.
This additional compensation will be distributed as a special Coordinape Round amongst contributors; it's important to reward contributors who have made a contribution towards the project, especially in Project Rounds.
Unlike Monthly Compensation rounds, Project Compensation Rounds are triggered when the project has been determined to be complete by the Workbubble; and at least 1 member of the leadership committee.
All members who aim to participate on the monthly Coordinape round must ensure to have an active or finished contribution during any point over the previous month.
