Hi, we are making an attempt to formalise the task process and deliverables for the Legal Bubble. This is not the final draft.
In the past couple of weeks, a couple of us have noticed that we as a group have the capacity to deliver a lot more if we structure the bubble a little differently. Hence, @zeryx @Maria & @omen have provided guidance on how things can be done differently.
- Product Comes First: The bubble will be transitioning into a deliverable-oriented project working towards a linear strategy to get our product launched as soon as possible. We have two major events (Dry Run and ICO) coming up and we will aim to assist the core contributors to make those events successful.
- Fixed Pay: We will be transitioning from bubble specific coordinape to a bounty system. Compensation for tasks will now be fixed when the bounties/tasks are taken up and the payment will kick in after the work is submitted. We will be moving away from a monthly budget and moving towards a seasonal budget with a set of goal-oriented bounties. Don't worry, DAO wide Coordinape will still exist.
- Timeline Oriented: Most tasks will have hard deadlines till a smooth product launch is ensured. March to June 2022 is a crucial period for our bubble.
- Communication: As in charge of legal bubble administration, I will act as a liaison between the contributors and the core team to track deliverables. @omen and @zeryx will review the bounties post submission and will also be facilitating KPIs with respect to each deliverable.
