This would occur when a “Reserve Fund” in the Thread Corporation fell below a threshold for a certain length of time
Thread Insurance
Conversation was focused on how to avoid act-of-god or other failure scenarios from affecting a Thread
Thread mismanagement and an automatic sale was an accepted solution
Other kind of failures were discussed, off-chain and on-chain insurance was considered
Frabric could have it’s own Property Risk Pool for threads in the event of a catastrophic event
However ideally we would buy this service or partner with a DeFi product doing this
Best Practices
In Crowdfund or Thread proposals; there should be default numbers and values defined for things like Reserve Funds, shutdown thresholds and other financial considerations
If a crowdfund proposal deviates from the recommended numbers, it may not be eligible for the Frabric Risk Pool, if one is defined
Dispute Resolution
It might make sense to outsource on-chain dispute resolution and arbitration if possible, rather than build it in-house
If none exists, this may exist as a specialty voting system

Rental Agreements and Leases
Hardening of KYC/DOX data collection and storage
