This page describes the concept of a Service Provider (SP), which has a specific meaning in the Frabric ecosystem:

• SPs are entities that can provide a "service" to managed assets on Frabric, in exchange for some kind of value
• SPs may charge reoccurring subscriptions, or one time fees depending on the service provided
• SPs must conform to our Service Provider Interface Standard (implement a smart contract that implements expected API endpoints), as well as be approved by Fractional Finance.

By vetting SPs and providing access to the Frabric market, we charge a 1-5% transaction fee on any services sold to one of our managed assets; which is automatically deducted via our Service Provider Interface Standard.

Open Questions

• How will we implement an interface that enables starting/stopping of services with a particular provider?
• Can we implement a generic interface that satisfies the vast majority of service formats?
• How can we provide this surcharge/taxation system in a transparent, safe manner?

Services we provide

We will be launching our own first party Service Providers which will provide the following services, which will be default provided to all managed assets on tokenization; with an opt-out mechanism to withdraw from any particular service:

• Property management
• Property Insurance
• Property Tax filing

All of these services will compete fairly with all third party service providers; there will be no mechanisms built into the Frabric ecosystem that provide us with any advantage over third party vendors.
