Projects Roadmap

Members of the community can submit their projects using the template available here.

Once you have the template ready, send over to [email protected]

A project is an individual or collaborative effort that will have impact in the medium or long term of our community. Every project needs to be approved by our leadership, and might have funds assigned; but is up to you to define the terms and content so feel free to add whatever you think is relevant.

➡️ To be approved, we suggest for projects to include:

• [ ] Project Name
• [ ] Project Description
• [ ] List of tasks within the project (milestones)
• [ ] Clear deadlines
• [ ] Clear outcomes
• [ ] Evaluation criteria
• [ ] Justification

➡️ For each project, we ask you to include the group of people assigned within the following roles. You can assign a suggested name or role for each of them.

• [ ] Consulted
• [ ] Approver
• [ ] Informed

Once the project is approved, leadership committee will make it public and assign an individual as responsible for the project.

If your project cannot include all the previous requirements, or if it’s a quick win, perhaps you can consider it a task and add it to the task board.
